Delivery:
We will despatch your order within 7 to 28 days of receiving payment.

• Once products have been dispatched, UK orders normally arrive in 3 -4 days and international orders can take up to 10 days depending on customs. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
• Urgent orders can sometimes be prioritised. Please call 01903 810104 or e-mail sales@whitemischiefbridal.co.uk to check delivery times before you place your order.
• Orders are despatched only when complete. For partial order despatch, an additional postal charge will be incurred.

Most packages will require a signature on delivery and if you are unable to sign for your package items will be held at your local Fedex depot or Post Office sorting office.   Goods will be sent via Carrier or via the post office services.  Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to White Mischief.

Customs
For overseas orders charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Postage:
UK orders - will be sent by Fedex or Royal Mail and will be charged at £6.50.
Irish orders - will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For and will be charged at £9.50.
International orders - will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For and will be charged at £17.00.
