Returns:

SALE GOWNS, LINGERIE AND OTHER SALE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE

If you are not completely happy with your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. PLEASE NOTE GOODS WHICH HAVE TO MADE TO ORDER ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

We require all items to be returned via consigned goods, special delivery or recorded delivery. We do not take any responsibility items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

You will be given a returns number which must be quoted on all correspondence.  A refund will be made in the same form as payment was received.

Physical Condition:
All items must be returned unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and unaltered with original hanging straps, labels still attached and uncut, hangers, and protective covering where applicable. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to you or a 20% administration charge deducted from your refund. Items washed, dry cleaned, or otherwise handled are not refundable. Items returned in unacceptable physical condition (e.g. torn, stained, streaked) are not refundable. Please treat the returned item with the same care in which you received it.
